SAXX Underwear uses cookies and other identification technologies on our site, apps and online ads for the purposes described in this notice.

What are cookies?

Cookies are pieces of information that are stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit most web pages. A cookie records information about your visit to the site including the type of device and browser used, any settings or preferences you may have set and what pages you visited.

The website (and potentially other websites) can then recognize this information in the future and can use it to improve your overall experience, for example, by remembering your login details, preferences or recommending content relevant to you.

To ensure we only show adverts that are relevant, SAXX Underwear works with a group of affiliated third parties to publish digital adverts on our behalf, including on mobile apps, and to track and report on the performance of those adverts.

The table below lists the different types of cookies and a description of their purpose.

Type of Cookie Description of purpose
Strictly Required Cookies

These cookies are required for the website to run and cannot be switched off. They will not track your activity while on the site. Such cookies are only set in response to actions made by you such as language, currency, login session, privacy preferences.

An example of this is remembering products that you put into a shopping cart. Without these cookies, basic functionality of the website would not work properly. For instance, you would not be able to shop. These cookies also remember your preference settings and store login details. For example, they authenticate you when you log in to your account and auto-populate your username rather than you having it type it every time.

You can set your browser to block these cookies but this might affect the way our site is working.

Analytics and Statistics

These cookies allow us to measure visitors traffic and see traffic sources by collecting information in data sets. They also help us understand which products and actions are more popular than others. They collect aggregate information about how you and other visitors use the site in order to improve the site’s effectiveness and enhance your experience. Examples of this include analyzing site traffic and trends, understanding behaviors and interests of people visiting the site, which parts of the site have been visited, what links have been clicked and if any errors have occurred. These cookies are also used to classify how popular content is and help us make the most popular content simple to find.

Marketing and Retargeting

These cookies are usually set by our marketing and advertising partners. They are used by them to build a profile of your interest on behalf of SAXX and later show you relevant ads. If you do not allow these cookies you will not experience targeted ads for your interests.

They store information about the webpages that you have viewed. This allows us to deliver adverts that are relevant to the content you are interested in. These adverts may be displayed on our site or on other sites that you visit.

Web beacons and pixel tags act in a similar way to cookies but they are not stored on your device. They are embedded into web pages and can collect similar types of information including device and browser used, IP address, operating system, if you came to the site through a link, what pages you visited and for how long.

Flash cookies, also known as "Local Shared Objects" or "LSOs", also collect information about your use of our site services. They are used for targeting advertisements based on user behavior.

Your right to choose

Because cookies are stored on your local device or mobile technology, you have the right to choose to accept them or not.

You can opt-out of cookies in the settings of the cookie consent page on our website banner.
