This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver.

THE SALES SUPPORT AGENT WILL….

play a key role in ensuring smooth B2B order allocations and flow, while offering best-in-class support to SAXX B2B partners. This role requires a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end B2B order lifecycle, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment, and allocate orders efficiently to maximize revenue and minimize delays
  • Identify and proactively communicate issues that may prevent on-time, in-full shipping, and communicate with Agencies/Retailers on any changes, including managing Order Holds, Backorders and Fill Rates
  • Act as a key point of contact to support B2B partners, Agencies and Retailers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional and timely support on matters such as Order Edits, Cancellations and Accommodations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure seamless order execution, from order placed to Invoicing
  • Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties that may arise as required to support business operations and objectives


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, order management, customer service, or a related role in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP). Experience working in an EDI environment and/or with B2B portals (e.g., ElasticSuite) will be an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and high comfort level working mostly in Excel.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $48,000-$50,000. The final aligned upon salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.
